Uncompromised
Focus on You
At Cascade Law, we provide personal, uncompromising legal services for individual people, families and small businesses in the areas of serious personal injury, wrongful death, insurance claims/denials of coverage, and other complicated civil litigation. Our attorneys are often retained in complex civil cases, with multiple multi-million dollar recoveries for our clients.
We represent clients throughout Washington state, including in King County, Snohomish County, Pierce County, and Skagit County. Our office is located in downtown Everett, steps away from the courthouse. We have experience handling matters across the state of Washington, from Seattle to Spokane, in both state and federal courts.
We are a deeply seasoned and experienced litigation team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff who are passionate in advocating on behalf of our clients. In running our practice, we are guided by our four core principals:

Give A Voice
Oftentimes when a person has been harmed, treated unfairly, or oppressed by the actions of another, they feel powerless – as though their voice has been taken away from them. Our mission at Cascade Law is to bring that voice back, loud and clear. We work tirelessly to let the voices of our clients be heard, especially in situations where society or the legal system has left them speechless.
Shine a Light
“Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that.” -MLK, Jr. Wrongdoers often seek to hide or obscure their actions and the truth. We work passionately to uncover and expose the truth, shining a light on the actions of those who would otherwise hide behind closed doors.
Hold Accountable
Though imperfect, our society has pronounced our legal system to be the greatest arena to hold accountable those whose actions (or inactions) have harmed another. We vigorously prosecute cases on behalf of our clients to ensure that justice has a chance to be realized. In some cases, our clients may be the victims of a crime, and we advocate on their behalf with law enforcement to hold their aggressors accountable.
Tell the Story
We endeavor to hear and retell our clients' stories. Oftentimes, the hardest part of the legal journey is just getting the chance to have that day in court. At Cascade Law, we fight tirelessly to remove the obstacles put in the path of our clients and enable them to share their experience with the world.

Joseph Moore
Attorney / Owner
Joe grew up in Western Washington, and returned back to the area after completing his college education. Prior to law school, Joe completed a master’s degree in theology at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California. Afterward completing his theology degree, Joe chose to go to law school, because in his words, “I believed the legal profession would allow me to make a practical difference in the lives of others.”
Joe worked full time throughout law school. Despite a very full academic and professional schedule, he graduated magna cum laude in the top 10% of his class from Seattle University School of Law with his Juris Doctor. In his last year of law school, Joe worked as a law clerk at a firm in downtown Seattle that focused exclusively on representing persons wronged by their insurance company or individuals who suffered a personal injury.
Joe says, “I feel lucky to be able to practice law in areas where I get to represent individual people who need legal help to overcome a crisis. I believe that ‘injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.’ I fight hard for what I believe is right and just, often against insurance companies who have either lost or simply never possessed the ability to understand loss.”
